I think what he is getting at is that the dog handler asked everyone to leave the back yard when the dog was doing his search so no one but the dog handler saw what the dog alerted on.

Agreed...but isn't that SOP? Otherwise if any LE had been near any decomp, the dogs would be alerting to them instead of the A's backyard.

Also, Baez IS working to discredit Yuri, otherwise why all these stupid questions...I wish I had seen Baez face when Vincent said that there were no other cars in the bay....bet it was "smirk-city".

To the poster who asked if Yuri was the only one who signed his "art work"...no, they each signed their own.

What I am getting from JB's line of questioning - the following items are imp to JB's case:

-Leashing the dogs (whether they were or were not)
-Who is present to witness the 'hits'
-The 'drawing' everyone is doing on the large pad in the courtroom as part of their testimony on the position of the car and where the dog hit (which everyone is signing)
- when ICA car was taken in, who drove it out/ the procedure used to examine it and the number of cars in the bay when it was examined

IMO, there is a big difference between asking everyone to leave the backyard and asking them to put on blindfolds and no peeking.

I think Baez is going for discrediting the dog handler, like trying to say the handler influenced the dog on where to hit. There's no way to prove the dog handler knew no one would look out the window or anything. Regardless, I think there being 2 dogs is going to really go against them on this.

And let me add in case some of you guys missed it...Baez asked for the first witness to put "CMA".... Reminds me of Lee at the memorial, he will keep his promise to "CMA". Hey, wasn't Lee granted immunity? I think I had posted the link the other day. Hmm....hope who ever they are waiting for gets there quick, they should know better. Hope they are charged for being late and taking up the courts and tax payers time and money.
