I hope this afternoon's proceedings are more interesting than what we heard this morning, when out of desperation for intellectual stimulation I spent a lot of time in the back yard picking weeds.

To me, just the fact that all they can do is try and catch witnesses in a misremembrance after 3 years, or pick at the FBI over stupid things instead of telling a real story..this is what happened...shows that she is guilty.

On another board someone's theory is that Caylee drowned in the pool the day that KC made the frantic calls to GA and CA. [I think it was the Monday after the fight with CA. None of the calls were answered.] That KC took Caylee out of the pool and laid her in the yard for some amount of time.

Yeah, but that doesn't explain her demeanor and actions post accident and I think you can only take the ugly-coping thing so far.

I think they are referring to "who is getting thrown under the bus" next? (Idiomatic expression meaning someone trying to cast guilt on someone else to save themselves.) Meaning, referring to Tony's car, instead of ICA's, or so I gather.

I wonder if they all chickened out and didn't tell her until this morning? I wonder if what docs she wanted access to were HHJP's rulings on the motions?

Oh thankyou, that helped, the flicking noise was driving me cazy. I also shut off the viewer comments. Didn't need to see 1000 people telling NTS to get lost.

all good questions but I think ICA found out via inmates that hate her. THey probably heard the news and started laughing at her and saying stuff.

Oh gosh I remember that from early on. It was a rumor at that time and we were not allowed to talk about it here at WS, but I read about it on other boards. Then when that first DP attorney joined the defense I think he was going for an accidental death or something and Baez didn't want to go that route. I started thinking about what was rumored early on that Caylee may have drowned and maybe that is why so much chloroform was found in the trunk.
