Not only that, LDB tried to put a stop to it when she objected when Jose was questioning the witness. The decision was made that he could go ahead and testify and LDB could ask these questions when it was her turn. But, LDB tried!

Tony Pipitone: This is not a Frye hearing now, so maybe that's why one may think this is a waste. This is now a motion in limine, which the defense is using to keep out of any evidence any mention of the dogs alerting. The question here is whether the evidence would be reliable and probative, meaning go to proving the state's case, and whether the prejudice to the defendant outweighs it's probative value.

What amazes me is how KC seems to be in her own little world there. It's like she has completely switched off the judge and the courtroom except when her team is paying attention to her. She shows no interest at all over the bench conference and isn't even looking that way once. Just scribbling away.

Would reporters inside the courtroom be able to repeat/report anything they heard ICA say to CA if she were to turn around during these breaks and talk with her?

Just wondering because of the supposed objection to the recording and release of their talks during visits. It seems like these breaks would be a great chance for ICA to at least turn around and smile at her parents & receive some support that way...
