IF there is any truth to Cheney filing motion against the Judge, these past two days in court should prove that he has "bent over backwords" for this defense team to the point of allowing this agreement to be rescinded by Baez after the fact. Baez, you just don't get it and I sincerely hope the Judicial Review Board sees that.

There's truth to it. I haven't read it yet myself, but scanned WESH's article about it.
