I think...YES! For me to believe otherwise would include Jose actually believing that JA had him by the short ones over this when we all heard JB state in court that he was not going to go here.
I think he was mad because he could not BS his way out, he went somewhere he should never have gone, proving his apology and speech was as worthless as we figured it was and when that wasn't working, he got even madder!
Loosing it? Hardly. Calculated and pushing it? Definitely.
I think Jose just took his own walk down the Universal hallway.

Interesting. I will have to watch it again. But to me it really did look like genuine anger he seemed out of control.

Poor Dr. doesn't understand JB's questions becase JB's questions make no sense at all. Dr. Vass' voice was starting to raise. He is getting irritated having to explain this to someone who clearly does not understand what he is saying.

Is it just me or does anyone else picture Baez as leaving school right on time (or early), going home, throwing his books on the bench by the door, going to play video games and watch TV. Then next morning picking up his books and head off to school, homework undone?

My understanding of this incident is this.

At a previous motion hearing, a few weeks ago, the state had filed a motion to have Baez found in contempt for yet again not turning over discovery in a timely fashion, or something like that. In order to get out of having sanctions filed against him AGAIN, Dorothy Sims wrote something up on a piece of paper Baez signed (which, IMO, is the paper now being waved around) and Baez also had to make an apology for the record to Jeff Ashton.

IF there is any truth to Cheney filing motion against the Judge, these past two days in court should prove that he has "bent over backwords" for this defense team to the point of allowing this agreement to be rescinded by Baez after the fact. Baez, you just don't get it and I sincerely hope the Judicial Review Board sees that.
