Not necessarily. I think it would just mean that that paper towel and the pot KC smoked in her car spent a lot of time together. Although, I can't imagine Caylee being in the car postponed her pot smoking either. So, either way, the paper towel soaked up the residual from the smoke, would be my guess.

Either way I'm betting we can probably rule out that the hamburger came from a pot smoking "organic" stoner cow. :banghead:

OMG! Jose does not understand that experts cannot say "this is this", they must use specific phrasing for what they are seeing. Jose is missing the point, while trying to drive it under, he is missing how these things work. I don't know if he has ever had an expert witness before him in another trial.

He is missing a great deal really, but I will stop ranting there.

Eating a hambuger doesn't creat a one and a half foot stain in a car whoa

Is that really what JB is trying to get at? Wow. Now my kitties have been known to have an accident or two, and the stain from their urine doesn't reach one and half feet. IMHO a hamburger stain will only reach maybe an inch or two outside the circumfrance for the burger - IMHO. Not one and a half feet. Unless it's an awfully darn big burger.
