JB is making a HUGE mistake ....

he lets the witness go on and on and on. An attorney should never do that. It should be question, answer, question, answer.

Otherwise, he might get a whole lot of something he doesn't want. If this happens at trial, he could be toast.

I find it interesting that LDB is not objecting to more of JB's line of questioning as it is mostly not pertinent to Frye, but I think she knows what she's doing in giving JB the rope to hang himself, and works more for the prosecution than ICA.

And that is what YOU consider an alert...Jose says still trying to say this is all opinion. But if it was why would LE use them and obviously the rest of the US understands the genius of dogs.

Sadly one of JB's biggest flaws is the inability to focus. He cannot keep his mind on track about the given moment, and he is attempting to try the case in each Motions hearing. He also makes the mistake of trying to play on everyone's emotions, and most people respond poorly to that in a Courtroom. (Jurors would prefer facts and evidence to manipulation.) It is sad that the Judge must admonish him at every hearing for forgetting the purpose of the day or the Rules.

Having known an attorney or two like this, I can honestly say they do not really win the big trial cases. He would be better at traffic cases or simple theft. He is no great trial attorney.

But a million, billion americans who OWN dogs, have been saved by dogs, dogs that help them live their lives everyday because they have an injury...

Last hearing he asked an associate lawyer from his office to break their clients attorney client privilege while on the stand. Only HHJP stopped him then. As HHJP did once again here when JB attempted to pierce GJ secrecy via a witness on the stand.

JB should have done his homework about working dog training and dogs in general. It's not like teaching your puppy to sit for a cookie.
He has no understand of dog behavior or what they are capable of.
