She was playing hide the baby all over that yard and car until finally she figured she's put her down the street and I'm telling you, just like when they laid out how they thought Caylee died, looking her killer in the eye, it will be ASTOUNDING in this courtroom how they pinpoint EVERY.SINGLE.MOVE. she made with Caylee's body.

Just another little fantasy KC has created in her mind. She is again refusing to face reality. She sits there, not as a defendant, but as an Attorney or Paralegal. Amazing........

What the "hello" is she searching for in that dang notebook!!!!!!!!:banghead: Waldo????
It makes her feel like an important part of the team!

  • #604
It's so nice that in the midst of all this testimony about a cadaver dog hitting on the remains of her decomposing daughter's body in her backyard, KC can take a break and have a giggle with Medina.

:banghead:

Does she ever find anything in the pages she flips? Over and over and over.

  • #606
What did Baez think he would say the dog might alert to? A bird's nest?

  • #607
Ha ha! JB asks the handler what circumstances the dog could alert over, and the handler says, "Someone could have laid a dead body on the ground that was decomping."

He is so clueless.

If JB is confused by the dog issue, wait 'til Dr. Vass takes the stand. :)

And they brought her a box of crayons.

seriously!!! count the page flips! 16 more... the same pages flip by over and over

  • #611
oooo, HHJP interrupted JB with a "Could you all approach the bench please?" and he did not sound happy.

Yeah...lol "Could you approach the bench please" (Before you get your client killed! - is probably what HHJP was thinking.) Wow.....that was a BIG gift from JB to us.

Hummmmmm..I have to wonder why JB keeps referring to false positives when he knows full well that these canine sniffers ultimately were proven CORRECT with forensic testings..ala truck of Pontiac Sunfire :floorlaugh:....Interesting concept to keep hammering the fact of accuracy in doing that :floorlaugh:

What the "hello" is she searching for in that dang notebook!!!!!!!!:banghead: Waldo????
:floorlaugh:
I just said the same thing outloud! But I said she was looking for a clue.
She should be careful. she could get a paper cut.

ICA looks annoyed at how the binder is organized. OMG.

  • #616
Yep, the babysitter is back in place. It is a definite strategy. Why do they think it's necessary?

  • #617
seriously!!! count the page flips! 16 more... the same pages flip by over and over

She's making another "flip book" today huh?

This is a particularly long sidebar. Oh, to be a fly on the wall...

Forgey in testifying in generalities drew a morbid picture of what probably happened in that backyard. And why even though the dog alerted, there was no body found.

That was brilliant of you JB! You threw your client under the bus!

BBM

Yes!

As far as what I have underlined, I missed that part. What did the officer say why "even though the dog alerted" there was no body found. Thank you in advance.

Is it just me or does ICA seem mighty annoyed that the Baez Law Firm doesn't keep the binders filed the way SHE wants them to be?
