FYI - I think this is not part of FRYE but rather a continuation the defenses motion in limine (sp)to exclude dog evidence. I kinda goofed that up yesterday myself

But didn't Judge Perry say this is a Frye Hearing and a Frye Hearing only? That's what I thought but could be wrong.

burn tissue, semen, fresh and old blood, fecal material, urine...

forgey got upset when she was listing and said, "no ma'am" and LDB laughed a little.

Oh, its the dirty diaper stuff. I could intuit they were having a moment together and that Forgey's annoyance was not directed personally at LDB but at the questions that are having to be asked...
