LDB is so good! I love her and expect that the defence team is shaking in their boots. She will litteraly crush them when it becomes a jury trial. If KC is not guilty...she is really getting the worst representation possible. I would not want this team on my offense or defense. MOO
I love saying MOO because it just says it all.
LOL

sometimes I wonder if her whole defense team hates her guts. sometimes the "defense" makes NO sense otherwise.

Objection will be overruled.

  • #863
Off topic, but is Cindy there today? I haven't seen her.

  • #864
THANK YOU JP!!!!

"Will be admitted as evidence" (doggie):great:

What ever the objection was - It has been overruled - so sit down Mr. Baez. You have embarrassed yourself enough today.

Oh no - redirect. Here we go again. Fecal matter and urine again. Sigh.

:floorlaugh: Forgey: "I never peed on a car" in training a dog...

  • #867
Yes HHJP overruled objection and admitted logs

Now JB on redirect and asking about distracted on urine

  • #868
I have not urinated on a car or put feces out.....hahaha.....I love this witness.

  • #869
Imo, he needed to show that these dogs could be trained to alert based upon the trainers' signal. That one trainer got caught doing that. But, he seems to be getting nowhere.

distracted by DOG urine

  • #871
Hmmm... I wonder why "burned" tissue is mentioned quite a bit. :waitasec:

:loser: A very very very "unique" scent.......and differing chemicals involved.

THANK YOU JP!!!!

"Will be admitted as evidence" (doggie):great:

I swear I heard that too - but I didn't dare put it in writing.

TY!

  • #873
OMG...too funny. This guy is so right in his assurtion that he never...personally place urine or feces at any crime scene. My question would be...did you ever do that in any place other than a crime scene. HOLY MOLY!!!

  • #874
Jose is bringing up that Gerus was slightly distracted by urine.

Oh, Jose has him now.

Witness says, "animal urine" "dog urine"

  • #875
Distracted is different than an alert, obviously.

  • #876
That must have stung JB good when Forgey stole the Perry Mason moment that JB was desperately seeking this morning.

  • #877
dog urine!

dog urine!

it wasn't a false positive!

  • #878
wow. when I suspected JB and the rest had NO defense planned, I really didnt think it was true until now.

  • #879
JB arguing officer doesn't know what dog is alerting to in decomp - basically it could be urine... and now being sarcastic of training hours and asking for false positives in training HHJP allowing it
