Yes, but they don't have to tell us anything until it goes to court. They don't owe us anything in a homicide investigation. Their only obligation is to Hailey, the victim.

They do owe us more then these wishy washy backpeddled statements.IMO

Also it would be nice to KNOW if this is a homicede investigation. So far this is a criminal investigation. To which the only crime that has been confirmed as to have happened is CP being on a computer SA owns and of course Billies arrest.

They owe the CC people proffessionalism. That is an obligation they owe to more than just Hailey.

He said he is not representing teh DA's office. Another flyer being put out making the same statement. Calls will go to local PD and go from there. Trying to locate Hailey whatever format that is and finding her status.
