I think from the sounds of it, CM and JA knew walking in that this was just going to take a few minutes so it wasn't necessary to crack open a new set of pens and set up the doodle station!

I missed so much....I missed HHJP's expression about the two reports, I missed seeing CA straining to catch KC's eye, I missed seeing Amil, WTH??? lol I have to rewatch this when they put it up. I guess it is just too early for me to be that attentive. :coffeews:

No screen caps but was watching when Joy W slipped past her to sit right next to her and her face was a picture - the ol' Cindy death stare. I have to feel sorry for Cindy on this one, I wouldn't want to be next to Joy either, Joy then started to talk to her or ask her a question then the camera panned off and onto to ICA,

Cadieux striking as witness...Weitz and Danziger scheduled for depos next week...April 7th...status hearing on April 8, could be heard then...

Names for TES searchers who went on their own to Suburban, CMason did not get the names to the State...

Until depo is done JA states, no information until then asks the court to reset the matter until depos completed...reports from witnesses received. His Honor has them they were emailed to him...

236 photos attended to be used at trial...JA has it on cd..some had been previously sealed...


week of April 18, and 25th...house cleaning...wrapping up any final motions may pop up...we can do it sooner than that, but those are the two weeks being reserved...
His Honor has a sidebar with the attornies...

for tomorrow..spoilation motions...reference to garbage...witnesses to Dr. Vass...more testimony on hair motions..Baez calling two witnesses I don't think it's necessary for Saturday per Mason...His Honor needs to know if he has to alert staff for Saturday and he will go into Sunday if necessary...9am tomorrow morning...

Wow short and sweet...ICA must be thinking and they took me out of the comfort of my home for this???:floorlaugh:

It's over...it seemed like it was over before it even started...very short, sweet and to the point...JMHO

Yes, she witnessed the shoving incident when George shoved Patricia Young (shown on JVM last night), but Sharon lives in Rhode Island now, and I don't blame her for not being cooperative with giving a deposition to either side. No reason for her to incur the expense of an attorney and getting to an office to do a depo by WebEx, simply for the Defense games in showing that George is an angry person.

The State depo of Patricia Young was 30 minutes, or less. Not a significant defense witness apparently.

Yes those are Dr. Weitz and Danzinger (sp)...they have information on why ICA appears to have consciousness of guilt and her state of mind..and three others..#4 Cardeix has been stricken from the list..

That's so funny b/c my eyesight is the worst! When Cheney Mason first came on the DT, I too read it wrong....I thought it said Charles Manson!! lol lol
