2011.03.31 Motions Hearing

What are they saying? I can sneak a hearing in at work but InSession would be a little blatant... :crazy:

I think In Session intended to air the hearing all morning...but since the hearing was only minutes long they've gone to plan "B"...a panel discussion.

Lillian Glass maintains that KC's behavior is that of a Sociopath, self-centered, no concern or even mention of Caylee from KC.

Mike Brooks of course...his heart just melts for Caylee and he appears to be very anti KC.

Mark of course is beautiful eye candy (although way too much makeup today) stated something to the effect of "many want very much to believe that "KC didn't kill Caylee."

All just my opinion and translation of what I heard.

However, he has stated he wouldn't defend her----so that to me says something perhaps in his character...:seeya: But he is good eye candy....

Okay, so I was here, I watched the hearing - but I missed the whole point of the hearing - what was it? Cadieux out, psyche experts doing depo next week by State, HHJP received reports by email - and why were we having this hearing???

Maybe HHJP has drawn a line in the sand in an attempt to minimize the frittering away of everybody's time, and wants the defense to realize they will be heard on separately scheduled court time (not pre-scheduled hearing time) since it's obvious that the defense will only ever achieve half of whatever it is they want to accomplish in the time allotted. He knew he would get a rise of of CM when he mentioned Saturday and Sunday.

HHJP chooses his battles wisely and doesn't sweat the little stuff. I think its his way of reciprocating when irritated without making a big deal about it, because he has his eye on the ball and wont lose sight of it to swat at a pesky fly or...unusual person. Love the man's focus...it's on the conviction!

WOW! I can't believe just how long her hair is! Is she growing it as some sort of escape mechanism?

I missed the whole thing!....all 10 minutes of it. Went to WESH first and while I watched, they had some ad on the page activated. *rolleyes*...then scrambled around to other stations, and couldn't get a good connection. Meh! Can't believe I got up early for this. ME--:loser:

InSession showed a clip of George pushing a woman holding a sign, with Lee giving a feeble attempt to tear it. They identify the woman as Patricia Young. I always thought that this was Lois, Dakota's grandmother.

I think JA's Jerky comment was due to the bad weather they had IMO. THe news this morning said Central Florida got pounded with violent storms yesterday.

We still have the bad storms - tornado watches and warnings, severe thunderstorm watches and warnings, plus many are still without electricity! We got electricity back last night after dinner, thank goodness! The weather is awful!
