Well I don't get it....according to CA, the smell is pizza & trash, so why is being questioned about the smell in the car so upsetting to her? Hmm...gotch Cindy!!

Another STRONG WARNING to Mr. Baez regarding new testimony and opinion sprung at trial. Judge will read EVERY WORD of EVERY deposition before trial.

Mr. Baez....your client's life is on the line. STOP playing EGO games. Mr. Ashton is not the enemy...the needle in your client's arm is. Take note.

That's what he said about anything in the deposistions and reports! But he just allowed it.

I'm anxious to hear the wording in HHJP's decision. Maybe he is giving the DT some rope,but right now his threats mean nothing to JB or CM.

"around the mulberry bush"...that phrase is from my childhood. And you put that exactly how I needed to hear it: getting the run around. If I were on the jury(after these last few hearings)I would feel like the defense was always giving me the run around.

Other people have made comment: jurors will not like how Casey's team is looking for technicalities to "get her off." That is exactly how this comes across, like she is already guilty and they are looking for the back door.

Capture squirrell.
Wash squirrel fur in coconut milk shampoo.
Dip squirrell in velveeta cheese.
Douse squirrel with coke.
Feed squirrel a hamburger.
Wrap squirrel in dryer sheets.
Do a sniff test with hubby and stepdaughter and see if it smells anything like decomp.
