So, I'm confused. What exactly is he testifying to regarding the dogs?

LDB: So since Feb 19 when you gave your depo, you reviewed the records more extensively than you had I supposed because when you gave your deposition you had not reviewed these records... What additional information have you reviewed since Feb 19? (Me: like Dr. Vass's testimony???)

I wonder that too. I worry that I'm becoming obsessed with them - they are awesome. Sounds like LDB has younger kids too. Wonder about their ages and if they know how awesome their mom is!! You get 'em SA's!!

The witness cannot differentiate between animal and decomposition. He claims.

You can always tell which side is on the side of truth.

For instance, say ya'll witnessed a bank robbery and the person was white, male and wearing a navy blue sweatshirt.

You tell this to the cops.

Later at trial, the Defense attorney for the suspect who was later arrested for said bank robbery is questioning you on the stand. The Defense attorney asks you what the suspect was wearing and you say a blue sweatshirt. The defense attorney bristles and says, "Didn't you say navy blue?" as if blue would solve the whole deal and basically save his/her client.

IMO LDB is simply MASTERFUL. Calm, precise.

Watching her work is like watching an Ice Sculptor - systematically ice-picking away at a block of ice and standing back and looking at the results.

Watch ICA watching LDB - ICA's a prolific manipulator - and she recognizes Linda systematically manipulating (guiding, trapping) the witness EXACTLY where she wants him. Only LDB is doing it for good - not evil or selfish reasons.

ICA knows what she is doing and she admires/hates her at the same time for doing it.

Perhaps the question is how can he be an expert for both chemical odors and machines after a human death and cadaver/drug dogs?
