I think witness Logan seems like an alright guy. He's no expert and I believe Judge Perry will prohibit him from testifying at trial to anything he is not an expert in... but I like him? Maybe it's the accent?

But I have to say, Judge Perry is only allowing this because the burden is on JB IF he wants to suppress per Frye rules..but Im sorry to parade these experts..who do googling ( like WSleuthers do) is just not appropriate to deem their opinion seriously,,JMO of course...

Is Sims from Florida? Reason I ask, her hair reminds of Monica's from Friends when they all took a trip to the Bahamas or where ever..it was very humid there too.

I just want to know why NONE OF THIS bothers the defendant! Does she think nothing counts until the trial? She's just slap happy with the dismal performance of her DT today! I. Just. Don't. Get. It.

He's probably a great guy, just has no business testifying here as an expert witness.

At least HHJP seems to be having some fun with DCS and her presentation. I am not sure if this is a good thing for her and her case, but he once again doesn't have that haunted pained expression he gets whenever JB steps up.
