I"m a bit tired of HHJP feeling obliged to "help" JB when he is floundering. Will HHJP be feel obliged to argue the case for him also?

he doesnt want ICA to have any recourse to appeal later on due to her counsel. I wonder why he cant fire him :|

Jose can't really have a Frye hearing because all of the science used to interpret the evidence is solid. It is not junk science. So, he is saying he is not attacking the science but the collection methods...

again, a jury will find this insulting. The judge just said to Jose, "if that's what you want to do...go ahead." IMHO: that is how he is going about this with the defense. He knows there is a end to the hall.
