THEY NEED TO FIX THE STATIC.

:banghead:

But I did hear him say he was not an expert! LOL :great:

LIAR! DCS: the Dr. Vass DOES HAVE a background in chemistry!!!!!!!

We MEDICAL TECHNOLOGISTS (yeah, I :innocent: still lay claim to my first profession) HAVE a "slew" of chemistry courses & clinical chemistry in the BS days and more of us HAD to take a bunch more in graduate degrees! SO THERE!!!!!!!:maddening::maddening::maddening::maddening::maddening:

This skype carp is really interfering with being able to hear anyone in the actual courtroom. Anyone else having trouble?

  • #764
Wow, Intermezzo, it sounds like that would have taken you a pretty long time to do all that. And I bet you hardly even used 1/5th of the bottle. I wonder how long it would have taken Cindy to spray a whole bottle in Casey's car. . . ?

Correct, I still have plenty left...

One of my kids just walked in and said "wow, it smells great in here"
Mind you I was not trying to COVER up any offensive odors other than the CIGAR smell in my car.

The audio sounds like the witness is speaking from under the sea.

D. Sim(m?s)asked a question that was objected to.

JA: is asking questions

OK I am getting really loopy.....I am laughing my arse off at this!! :floorlaugh:

Just so you all know, I can't hit the thanks button when I have this spilt screen as it's just to difficult to go back and forth....so know that I "thank" you all!

This person is not an expert.....on what he's supposed to testify about?? Of course, the judge will allow him to testify.

  • #768
Oooh, a bachelors degree in chemistry? (did I hear that right?) Ask any chemist, about all that earns you would be a position as a lab supervisor...

Or high school chemistry teacher.

LOL or less! given today's market!

:waitasec: So, he now is an expert because of this case? Huh?

  • #771
He has read up on information pertaining to this case. No expertise, just read about it. :banghead:

  • #772
So DCS just asked if he was trained in decomposition and he gave a HUGELY roundabout answer where a simple "no" would have done.

  • #773
I'm the one with the bad hair. DCS

SHE DOES READ HERE. HAAAAAAAAAAAA :floorlaugh:

There are plenty of products that can help that, I wonder if she is aware of that?.

  • #774
he read articles...reviewed abstracts other researchers that are currently in the process.

  • #775
Breaking News: He has read articles!!

Guess that makes us all experts if he is determined one! ;)

  • #776
So what I'm seeing is that the best the DT can seem to muster is people who have read others work and formed opinions...

  • #777
Great....another "expert witness" who has only done alot of "reading." *rolleyes*

  • #779
Did he just say LSD chemistry? I swear the video and audio are making this too strange.
A bachelors degree from Timothy Leary?

  • #780
the witness has been asked to list what he has done.

has read articles by dr. voss. of other researchers. has developed opinions about the validity and chemistry based on all those factors.

what situations have you been involved in where you used a gas chromogapher.
thousands.

DS: is telling the judge about the credentials of the witness and saying she has never seen an expert in decompostion...the sound is very fuzzy.
