Why does the judge say they will meet on Sat. and then back down? Ridiculous!!

I think he said that before he went to the budget meetings in Tallahassee. Apparently he learned there that there would be no money for overtime for court employees. :maddening:

The judge recinded the Sat. testimony and late after hours because he could not do this to his staff. It isn't fair to them to work long hours. Court reporter can only do this for so many hours. (this is what I heard the Judge state)

Now, my opinion is since there is a funding issue, any over time pay to bailiff, clerks and stuff would eat into those funds.

I'm sorry....but HHJP has known CM long enough that he should've known not to put any trust into his "We only have two witnesses. It should only take a day." CM has made it clear, time and again, that he does NOT work weekends.

I will take this to the parking lot...but in my humble opinion Casey does not look well. She looks insane. I do not say that to be snarky or rude. She truly looks insane. :twocents:

Not as a defense, mind you...I know she is not 'insane' or was not when she killed Caylee, but she is now. Like in the classic cliche' sense of the word: insane. not sane.

Not insane, just a narcissist. She has definitely gotten worse with all of this alone time, but I think she could snap back in a second.

She was never "sane" as in not capable, she is just Casey. She actually looks better to me, except her emotions show clearly now, she can walk proudly with stolen sun glasses and hide them. She must confront the hydra, and never will.

Still McNaughten is not there. She knows, she just doesn't care. It is another day. Any narcissist could tell you so. "It is my life, and I am enjoying the ride...."
