JB - there were no records of the specific errors that this dog was making - that is problem here there are no records of when the dog was wrong. thru a previous agreement with the state - i think the state will argue coleman and frost - drugs were found in those - not a residual odor. Does not relate to the specific issues in this case - State cited both Trejos and Class from Maryland & Texas. Court utilized both confessions in those cases to . . . relaibility of the dogs. We dont have that in this case (****YEA CUZ KC WON'T CONFESS - IMO)

Mason told me we would finish before lunch. At this rate, I'm not confident. Still have heart sticker and exclude smell.

Mason wouldn't have a clue - and he knows how Baez goes on and on and on.

seems like he was thwarted by jb and crew.....

Maybe I am really thick because how the heck can you know if the dogs hit on a "false positive" (as JB says) unless it happens in training? And those are recorded...they just didn't happen with the dog that was used on this case!

In real world searches....if a dog hits and nothing is found....that is NOT a false positive in my book. Does everyone understand what I am trying to say??

JB saying that if there was a dead body in the car, or in the back yard, there were other people that had access to those areas.

I'm ??? "The dogs alerted in the back yard and ICA's car but didn't alert to where the remains were found." Is this true? Did they have dogs out on Suburban Dr?

and, JUSTICE FOR BEAUTIFUL CAYLEE!

He probably meant when the searchers went there with dogs, but who knows as he doesn't make that clear.

IIRC, Forgey testified he was asked to take the dog to the remains site in an attempt to locate more remains. He was given specific areas to search, which did NOT include where remains had already been found. He said the dog attempted several times to get over to the sites remains had been found and alert, and he had to keep him on point.

oops, my question was already answered... thanks for clearing that up... :great:

In the backyard of her home "shared by people". JB

Remember that qualifier.....gas for the bus.

LDB is up. She said she hopes to be done by noon.

Wait, what?

JB: "whether decomposition is from a live or dead..."

Oh my louise, is he done yet??? I'd be dying in there. Did anyone notice DS a few minutes ago? She kept smoothing her hair down and then made a sudden movement like she slammed her fists down.

Thank goodnes...LDB is up. Woot woot!!

HHJP looks relieved to finally see LDB at the podium. She will make her argument in a short sweet moment and will do this very well.
