HHJP: Jury selection to begin at 9AM on May 9th. Hopefully will have a jury by that Thursday or Friday.

HHJP: If they are not able to get a Jury from their location, he will begin getting a Jury from OC the following Tuesday.

Judge is warning that if they can't seat a jury "there" he intends to seat one in Orange County. SOunds like a"coming to Jesus" hint to me.

Judge is talking about if they can't get a jury from the 1st location within one week, he has a second location in mind.

So is HHJP saying if the jury selection is unsuccessful at the chosen location they will be back to Orange County to begin jury selection

HHJP: Put it this way, you are welcome to be there as long as you want, but as soon as you start, there will be a feeding frenzy.

HH: okay for purposes of clarification madam court reporter is under seal. not to be transcribed. abide by that sealing. we now move to status conference. i did not bring my order but ah, if you have it handy when it the next status conference if we have one. I want to do now is weekly we will have one.
JA: I don't believe we have any schedualed
HH: we will have one next friday and the next friday. if anything comes up before friday please contact my office. I am available for emergencies non emergencies give me time to come from home. There will be one change to the trial schedual jury selection nine am on May 9th. Hopefully we will have a jury by that thursday or friday. If we do that you are going to need to do certain things. instead of starting that monday we will start testimony and opening statements on tuesday. to give you time to do what you need to do. unless we are unable to get a jury from the location. it is my intent to begin jury selection here: in orange county that tuesday when we come back here. I know you probably have arguments I would like to hear, if we can't get one at that location we will come here, if that fails we will go somewhere else. I will listen to arguments, if you prevail I will have a secondary location in line for that tuesday. Mr. Mason you look perplexed.

HH: you are welcome for as long, but the problem that comes in there will be a feeding frenzey. The entire panel will be there I can give certain instructions, so that hopefully they will follow the law and abide by those instructions. once we arrive and once folks know i suspect i may generate some interest. even though there are not that many tv stations.

Did HHJP reveal to counsel the location of the jury selection? Maybe that's what is sealed.
