Ever notice that when the State is really pounding home their points, and speaking of particulary damning evidence, ICA goes into frantic uber-paralegal mode? She doesn't do this so much when the DT is speaking. Is this the only way she can cope with distracting herself from the harsh reality of what she did being exposed so clearly?

Oh it's on her now.....no response, she is just writing notes, she is not looking pained to be accused falsely of killing her daughter, nor is she disturbed to hear about her daughter's dead body in her trunk. Cold, cold murderer IMO.

I don't think we ever lose the feed when the defense is talking..

JB - I would agree w/ Ms. Drane Burdick - for probable cause is this dog sufficiently trained - it does not work in this case. could you bring a drug dog to alert on the trunk of the car - no (IIRC - JB was the one that said there was pot residue in kc's trunk)
