The all of the rulings made by HHJP have to do with evidence that has been out there for over two years. Yet from that time, JB has claimed his client is innocent, and calls this stuff junk science, yet tries to get it thrown out. It's such circular reasoning! IF ICA were truly innocent, and there were an explanation, there would be and explanation DESPITE of and FOR the evidence. It's all so ridiculous that noone ever calls JB out on that.

She's trying not to laugh when stating that the defense based all their motions to keep evidence out on "irrelevance" she is shocked by his incompetence, says he won't even be able to argue that on appeal.
When she heard Dr Vass say he jumped back two feet from the smell, she says you don't need a scientist to tell you what that means.
Renowned scientists have contributed to this case and JB just says "irrelevant" regarding this evidence WTH.
NG knows her way around a court room, she knows JB is a complete doofus.

I am wondering if something in a cleaner that was used may have had some sort of terpene (oil) as in citrus oil? Pine oil?

Although the way LP put it made it sound as if LP understands it to be a plant product...Citrus and Pine both being plants...I just don't know if the chemicals that are used to clean with would be an altered version or would remain "intact" and unchanged, so to speak, once they are changed to cleaning products? Wouldn't the lab have tests that could differentiate? Perhaps if they do, then LP is talking about the original plant version. Idk, sry, guessing here.

NG asks both Defense Attys whether they think CA/GA will be allowed to stay for the entire trial- both say NO, the Judge will not make an exception for them.
