I so wish that one of the jurors, when asked about the 6-8 weeks, would ask the judge, "you mean like 31 days?".......LOL
So we're at 1 African American 2 Asian and now 4 Hispanic in this group of jurors. That I could tell from sound only. I'm just keeping track because JB made such a big deal about it.
Ummm... I thought if you were on probation you couldn't serve on a jury? I guess if it wasn't for a felony that would be the difference. I'm talking about the guy up now.

But they don't have to pay the employee who is serving, and I'm sure a lot of people can't afford to go 6-8 weeks without pay. From Pinellas County: "Can my employer prevent me from serving as a juror or can I be terminated from my job for having jury service?
No. Florida law prohibits any employer from preventing a person from serving as a juror or firing an employee who is serving on jury duty."

A five year old described by HHJP as a child of tender years!! Yay HHJP!!!
She needs to pay for a babysitter for her DOG! Too bad ICA couldn't even have the decency to do that for her DAUGHTER.
Sorry...off to corner!
This juror says his wife is deaf in one ear and has to wear an amplifier.
Hmmmmmm just like Cheney Mason.
