In SC they do not have to either. In manufactoring only salaried employees would be paid.

This poor man sounds scared. I dont think he wants any part of a DP case.

Mr. Mason wants to know what kind of church. You just know it.

I lost my feed, froze up........I didn't see ICA when I was watching..........I saw her defence team though...is she there?

I think that this guy will be an implement of the diversity DT seeks. He sounds like a good man and he represents the Hispanic population.
This may be a good juror.

Does anyone else believe that ALL these jurors truly will not get paid? Is anyone double checking them?

I'm in Missouri, but EVERY employer I've ever worked for - full or part time - has ALWAYS paid for jury duty days. Some required that our jury money be turned over to the company, some did not, but ALL paid me. I never had to take vacation or PTO days either.

I don't get it.

I think it depends on the industry and the size of the company.

In Session says this is an Hispanic Man in his 50's.

Is that LEO sitting next to ICA? I only caught a glimpse of a shoulder in a white shirt.

Maybe Casey should have called him for some prayer and advice before doing her deadly deed.

Watch this guy have an RV ministry.

CM wants the pastor who most likely doesn't believe in the DP

  • #676
He may have an issue with the death penalty.

That could be true - but then he may believe an eye for an eye, and that vengence is mine, sayeth the Lord. Religion is always complicated, and can complicate.

He must be a very good associate pastor if he gets that many calls, probably very compassionate.

They are keeping him so far.

  • #679
Where are the retired grandmothers??????

That's what I would like to know. Maybe they will be in the next batch.
