2011.05.10 - Jury Selection Day Two

male, uncle is dying in Puerto Rico, wants to see him before he dies of cancer, scheduled to leave next Sat., he is very nervous, is on meds. for it, relaxes his muscles,
excused, this guy was not jury material imo.

This guy, I tend NOT to believe. Sick Uncle in Puerto Rico, going there next Saturday. He doesn't seem too upfront. He's on "pills" - muscle relaxants - to relax his tightened up muscles from bad nerves........ Going to be excused.

Why do I get the impression that Mason is badgering these potential jurors after they are claiming hardship?

IF they were to remain on the jury, I would think this behavior by Mason would automatically create an ill feeling towards the defense.....

I agree. CM, has no clue of the impression he is making on these potential jurors and it will come back to bite him. Karma is a beautiful thing:loser:
