Excuse her.

CM: did you find out if you are going to get paid for those eight hours?

according to this I will not be approved...she is having them read more pages.

HHJP: let me read into the record. attention JBP: this letter is to validate that the juror 1281 is a full time critical care worker...level two trauma center. our full time RNs are vital to our patients...night sift requires the most experienced RNs. it would be a hardship for 1281 to be gone from work for six weeks or longer...

(cannot hear defense or prosecution) !!!

...Golly, all this pussyfooting - I know they can't say "no we won't pay her" for fear of bad pub and possible legal repercussions - but golly this double speak is really annoying (and I used to write it for a living)

Letter from Hospital...

We know the SAO wants her because she can understand the science.

Neurontin is one of the drugs commonly used for trigeminal neuralgia. Plus pain meds.

that is an awful medication...but if it works....I couldn't take it made me extremely dizzy

I take Baclofen which is a muscle relaxant. The best drug is tegretol but I'm allergic to it.

Speaking of the guy whose wife can't do any yard work, is anyone else cutting procrastination deals with themselves to get stuff done? I've got to finish laying a patio in the back yard, and just agreed to give myself the morning to watch this, and will start working at the lunch recess. And then I promised myself I'll work until dark. (Anyone have any ideas what I can tell my husband when he comes home today and it's STILL not done??)

Quick question - who was male attorney chatting with ICA in the break, he had balding head and looks like the guy sitting at the back of the gallery with a white shirt and dark suit that you can see when Mason stands up?

About the mics, it was only the prosecutors I heard and a little bit of Mason complaining about something. The defense knows for the last 3 bloody years that you mute the mic, I can't help it if they are so ineffective they can't even perform this simple task. I would suggest they spend less time monitoring the internet and more time on the task at hand. I was wondering where Medina and twartWilliam were - as usual they get all the good jobs lol.

BBM...I didn't catch that....I wonder if anyone has a screen cap?

I hear you ! I am single mother with a home I purchased on my own two feet. I mow lawns and maintain house and yardwork.
My child has chronic, life-threatening and fatal illness. I do it everyday on my own. He has been hospitalized about 300 times since birth . His treatments are 21 -25 hours a week and I work as well...

Let them walk in my shoes, thye will have nothing to complain about !!! Sorry for getting off topic ...

Charleyann

So sorry about your child. I am a single, divorced mom as well...it irritates me too when I hear people say oh my spouse can't get along without me or vice versa. Well, one of you will have to eventually be it death or divorce! C'mon!

I am puzzled by HHJP's eye lid today. He must be tired, because the droop is far more profound than yesterday.

#1207 - male, 2 young children needs the income. Would not be paid for time during jury service.
