Brad's new theory is...Jose is going to tell the jury KC couldn't tell anyone about Caylee because of the severe emotional trauma, abuse, etc., etc., she suffered at the hands of her family...and she was afraid of them

And then the prosecution is going to replay the jail videos to show exactly HOW afraid KC appeared to be of CA and GA!

what a croc. her reaction and assertion about how this theory is gonna influence the case borders on being comical, if not downright stupid.

I am sure the prosecution already knows how to defuse this. And I am sure they know this might happen. They are always one step ahead of the DT. No Jane it is not a brilliant idea. Brad has conveniently 'forgotten' the internet searches, the duct tape, and the partying behavior. I believe the state is well-prepared for that.

SOTS saw Brad and Jose seeming to text on their cell phones during the jury hearing. Brad is working with the DT, IMO.

Even while representing the Anthonys, Brad seemed to "forget" a lot of details and didn't seem well versed on the FACTS in the case...remember his Larry King appearance???

It does explain why GA/CA aren't at jury selection. It's still stupid but it does explain it - not the $200 bucks CA just put in her account - hmmm no.

Caylee Accidentally climbed into the trunk, and fell in to duct tape, which them wrapped around her head. Yep, happens every day....:banghead:

I would have been afraid of my parents too if I had been stealing their money, not telling them that I wasn't going to graduate high school, living under their roof and lying about having a job, letting them take care of my baby girl.....etc ad infinitum! My parents wouldn't have let me get away with 1% of the CARP that ICA did!

Accident would have been a believable explanation even with her saying that the duck tape was to stage a kidnapping. and her behavior was to escape reality. But the internet searches throws all that away. I really think she wanted to kill her mom and after the fight around fathers day killed Caylee to teach her mom a lesson. Also since she was not living at home she could use CA as a babysitter

I anticipate, if they float this idea of abuse, it will involve George accidentally killing Caylee, then KC being told to go, shut up, and act normal-- they'd take care of it. She was much too scared to risk running into either of them. jmo

I followed from the beginning and I'm almost done reading Dianne Fanning's book to get refreshed on everything before the trial starts (not all fact, I know) but did ICA admit to killing her and the excuse is that it was an accident and she couldn't tell anyone because she was abused?

If there is any fear in the Anthony family it is that George, Cindy, and the brother and his girlfriend are all afraid of Casey. And, I think for good reason. My opinion.

A croc, indeed!! I am quite certain the prosecution is prepared for this "accident" defense. I'm sure they already expect the DT to pull that.

and GA snuck over to TL's one night and put Caylee's body in the trunk of her car. Then ICA drove around all those days wondering what "that smell" was.

I just can't believe that BC would even think something this easily disproved will be used.
