ICA looks good in pale yellow -- softens her up. With that said I still think she's a very bad person.

I think JA just complained about Mason telling everyone about his (as my dad used to say) sex life (personal stuff). JA said it wasn't necessary and it doesn't matter, it's not about us it's about them. That's all I got out of it, oh then Mason stood up and said I won't tell them about my military career, blah blahb boys on the bayou blah blah blah and sat down and the boys on the DT glared over at the SAs.

Geeze, is it only 2:05 here??? This is painful....very painful....

Will we be able to see the jury once they are seated/selected? If not then why can a person just walk into the court room and see them. It's a public place.

Actually, no, we will not be able to see them.

RespectfullyQuoted wenwe :)

That is all well and good. I would love an explanation for ICA. But, doesn't she have to be diagnosed as such? We are all looking for an explanation, we looked and looked...

so if they have a reason I will be happy to hear it...

KC never saw a therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or qualified mental health professional that actually could diagnose her until after she was incarcerated . . .that I am aware of. She did talk about wanting to see someone to Kiomarie(?) at one point, but the next day said she spoke with her Mother and felt better. (IIRC)

PJ #2 sent home, to return either tomorrow or Saturday.

HHJP: he does not need to take the witness stand. bring him in where he can hear. sir you can go home for the evening. please do not read, watch or listen to the news accounts of this case. do not discuss this case. no internet research. no tweets or any social media. we have your contact information. I apologize for the amount of time. This is a very serious case and we have to take out time. My apologies for the long wait. Mr. Baez if you need more time you can tell me at the close of business today.

JB: we will let you know by the close of business today.

HHJP: alright.

Is there a 3rd round for these potential jurors?

Juror Recap #1232

Asked back for next round.

Are they talking about court starting at 8:00am tomorrow? Eek that is 5:00am West Coast time! I'm already so tired I woke up this morning at 4:30! ( When I am really tired, I don't sleep properly if that makes any sense)

:therethere:

It sounds like there's going to be a time limit of 45 minutes per PJ

Even if they stick to 45 minutes per juror, that would maybe mean 10 in a day, if they stretch it, with lunch, breaks, etc...:(

JA thinking 45 minutes per person is good for them for tomorrow. That still means about 60 hours, so not sure how they will do all of this before Tuesday. Unless if they get to 20 they just stop and go with that?

SA said time of 45 min was OK for them

JB said they would give HHJP time at close of business

Ashton said they'll need 45 minutes. If JB says the same, that's an hour and a half per jury member. That's insane.
