Not Even a Shiver, a Chill, a quivering of the chin.....

When it was asked of pot juror if seeing photos (remains/autopsy) would bother him.

Casey didn't even flinch!

Said it before, I'll say it again..... I Can Not, no matter how hard I try, wrap my brain around that!!!

Vent Over. As you were......

Any one ever hear of Dr. Demento? This pot juror sounds like him.

Haha, I love Dr. Demento and you are right, he does sound like him!

It's now after 4:00pm in Florida. Are they planning on going late - til 7:00pm like they did last night?

I hope not - my DD booted me off the computer last night...she had to study for finals. :banghead:

The DT gOOgled this guy...............

is your head spinning right now trying to follow my monotone voice?
yes sir
okay ...

Beuler... Beuler...
yes sir
okay

Honestly I do not think a yes sir offends her at all.
She calms me personally. I think I like her!

Hate to be dense, but did this guy REALLY say "yes sir" to Ann Finnell??? Or are you just joking?

Did this juror say he thought she was probably guilty? I thought that was the first guy.

someone awhile back noted that the baliffs sure are "on her"....and boy they really are...

every time she picks up her pen to draw one of her smiley face hearts (just guessing) they move with her every move...

wow...they know a shifty m when they see one....

Yep ... I noticed that too.

I wonder why she is not "shackled" when brought in and out of the courtroom like most defendants are ? You would think so because of the DP.

Oh wait -- didn't she "trip" one time ? ?

CM - if you find the defendant not guilty will that provide conflict with those you already gave opinion guilty to
1129 - no conflict
