Does anyone have or know of the number of appearances JB and or CM have made on such shows as Issues, Geraldo, etc? I believe that when the DT complains about pre-trial publicity, it should be countered with the number of their appearances.

I believe this juror said he doesn't recognize any of the lawyers on this case, IMO if he doesn't recognize at least JB then he couldn't have been exposed to this case very much.

Well, in that case, I'm pretty sure that guy won't make the jury then. The defense had quite a few issues with him.

i'm in total and complete awe of hhjp. He knows case law like the back of his hand. Many judges are well read, very well read in case law. But hhjp blows most judges out of the water with his off the top of his head recall of case law. Absolutely amazing. His questions are very on point. I have so much respect for this man.

Amil, I THINK...think...because my mind is fried...but I think I read it up in the news thread...someone was talking about this new defense revelation today of the abuse...and they were asked to submit any exculpatory evidence waaaaaaaaaaaaaay back when. Of course, they spring it today. Maybe that's what it is.

I think it is something that would really inflame potential jurors. All the questions about dogs makes me wonder. Did something happen to one of the A's dogs?
