No. I think it has to do with the cadaver dogs.

It seems they are just asking do you like dogs or do you have a dog. Doesn't appear like that has anything to do with do you believe dogs can do a certain job. I don't like pigs and don't have one as a pet but I know they can be trained to find truffles.
