How many times can you ask someone their opinion on the death penalty and possible preconceived notions? That's basically what it comes down to. I have the feeling that AF and the DT will ask and ask and ask until they so confuse the potential jurors that they get an answer they can use to deny the juror from serving.

I'm thinking that HHJP is giving the attorneys a nice little lecture on how this is going to go - how many questions each side gets about each subject, etc. I really feel he is not messing around when it comes to the length of this trial. Let's hope so anyway.

so the plans were to get thru 30 today and 30 some tomorrow... for round two..

at this rate who knows what will happen... they sure have a lot of plans in the works for the sequestration. The DT imhoo needs to get with the program.. no matter where they go it is going to be hard to find people who are even able to pass the hardship phase... they have 67 people that are able to do this...

they need to get a move on and get er done!

Yannow...if, as Baez would have us believe, this particular geographical area (and thus, jury pool) has been exposed to so much media...then why, pray tell, is the courtroom gallery so vacant? If it were the media circus Baez implies it's been, I would think the place would be jam-packed, no?
