I have to say this is the first time I have felt sorry for Mason, if I had a 22 yr old bint crooking her finger at me when I'm busy every 2 seconds I would be fit to be tied.

AF: is saying that court rules say that Voir Dire should include what she is asking. She is reading "where it says that." She says the questioning is designed to see if the pot jurors can consider those types of mitigating circumstances...

HHJP: Alright, just give me minute to read it.

IF I was ever accused of murder, I would want this juror on the jury. I think he will be fair. But if I was guilty, I would not want him because he won't buy into the Baez, um, I mean BS.

No worries. I made the decision as soon as I heard Clearwater to have no contact whatsoever with any of them, even if they call me, until after the jury is picked and sequestered, and even then I will not discuss this case at all with them until the trial is over. I'm even postponing my trip out there until after the jury is sequestered.
