This is absurd, I really feel for JP.

:HHJP:

As each juror undergoes this line of questioning, they will be forming their own "first impression" or "opinion" of the attorneys who are doing the questioning - both prosection and defense teams. This first impression is very important and can and will carry over during trial. As a former "been there done that" juror, the defense better be careful they don't "lose" too many jurors this early on.
IMO only....
ITA! This whole line of questioning by AF assumes she'll be convicted IMO.

I think the judge asked for a quick break.

It will be lunchtime beforethis poor juror can be finished.

The defense is trying to delay... delay... delay. I really hope Judge Perry puts a time limit on each subject. 5 minutes of each subject. What are they? Pre-trial publicity, death penalty, and bias?

IS is saying that both sides will want this man.

Thank GOODNESS! JB sat beside KC, maybe she will be okay after all.

Yep, thats what I thought too until he whispered something in her ear, started laughing and turned his back on her, still laughing. Her face looked like thunder and she nervously looked over in the other direction.

Would love to know what THAT was all about!

ICA tries to sit in BIG comfy chair.
Hawk-eye guard says get back to your own seat.

casey looking over paperwork studiously... perhaps reading up on the next one

(1 down 66 to go... )

What is going on? Why are we waiting?

:twocents: A "watching" ASA in my office stated: "probably HHBP is checking on a point of law as the sidebar occurred during/after a challenge from JA to AF's question/comment/dialogue!"

I could swear I saw the WS banner on that iPhone of ?Bolin's?
