ICA was used as a scapegoat ? I don't get it.

As a scapegoat for parental misconduct.

I'm thinking something like, ICA is such a disagreeable child and causes so many problems at home it is no wonder I had an affair, that sort of parental misconduct and blaming the child. I'm guessing.

next phase????????????? oh dear Lord.....

whoa very telling...if ICA is found guilty would you expect to see her beg for her life???

Yeah, right...I don't believe ICA has gone that far in her head nor would she stoop to groveling...JMHO

OMG, AF said, "Lastly...", maybe this is wrapping up. Still on PJ #1, Jeez.

theres the 31 days......

Bingo! Which makes me wonder why the DT would NOT want KC to be acting  in the courtroom..It would def prove the point they're trying to make true or not.

Has no one on the Defense Team ever tried a case before? It seems they have no concept of what is expected of themselves, the jurors, or what should go on during jury selection? Didn't they ever watch an episode of Perry Mason? :banghead:

They know, imo. They are just trying to sneak in as much as they can!

Poor Casey, I guess they should let all murderers walk ot of prison, if they suffered any kind of childhood dysfunction.

Really? AF really asks this?

Victim Impact statements? Really - and just who does she think is going to stand up for Caylee from this <unusual family>?

Really?

. . . and thank you, AF. We now know the defense strategy. All those things, abuse, etc we suspected would be used in her defense are now confirmed.

I just can't believe that someone with AF's expertise would let the cat out of the bag at such an inappropriate time!

JP: You can ask that in the next phase.

????????? Does he mean there is another round of questioning after this one ??????????

AF: thank you.

you got everybody else nervous.

AF: since you are for the dp, do you think that will effect you or make it impossible to consider the positive aspects of ICA.

I can do that.

AF: what if you heard from a expert psychologist? Is there anything about a Dr. or expert that you have a bias against?

No. My sister had a brain injury. They helped her and get her back to almost normal health. I think they do a lot of good work.

AF: The judge gave you instruction that the accused does not have to test. If you found ICA guilty for first degree murder would you require that she beg for her life.

JA: objection

HHJP: you can ask that in the next phase.

AF: victim impact evidence. Legally it is not an aggrivating circumstance. If you get to that point and it is difficult and heart wrenching stuff, can you put it aside and decide on LWOP or DP.

I can listen to what is presented and follow the judge's orders. I think I can.

AF: Good in school, she loves Caylee and Caylee loves her, she was good at her jobs...
HHJP: I get an idea.

BBM and respectfully snipped.
