I think it would be worth using a strike on this guy if for no other reason than they would like ANY verdict before Christmas.
Simply out of consideration for the other jurors .

NO CHALLENGES FROM STATE OR DEFENSE?????

That's crazy.IMO

Now she's not even bothering to STAND when the juror leaves? She pushed herself up on the arms of the chair but she never actually stood!

State says no Challenges.....

The State knows how to play this game, saving all their chips for later...

Kitchen mopped. I couldn't listen to that Juror any longer lol.

I thouhgt the DT would have challaged 1019, because of his pret suit.

Casey is now re-circling his name, I'm sure. Lol.

She sure was excited about him......

Whoa Whoa Whoa.......wouldn't this be grounds for appeal??? Even if both sides agree????:waitasec:

I honestly don't know but I heard this conversation take place at the end of the day yesterday. Maybe someone knows the legalities?

Law Officer testifying, no more or less weight given any other witness? No. (agrees) Juror stepping out.
Defense - No challenges. State: Something. Have the juror return. No challenge. Given warnings, etc. will call this evening for a court time tomorrow.

I think she was only trying to get a view of JB to ask if the guy was a keeper.

I would use a strike on him if I were the pros. He seems easily swayed, and is basically against the DP

OMG!!!!

JB is asking to look at KC and tell him how what his verdict would be.

The Juror asked if he wants him to just look at her and judge what he'd choose?

JB says based on what you already know and looking at her, yes.

Juror indicated he really doesn't know anything at this time, so not guilty.

WTH?!?!?

Every juror needs to think this way, they need to wait for All of the evidence before they can form an opinion. (in an ideal world)

Hey, I just realized Ms Finnell did not ask that last juror any questions - did she?
