The Juror asked if he wants him to just look at her and judge what he'd choose?

JB says based on what you already know and looking at her, yes.

Juror indicated he really doesn't know anything at this time, so not guilty.

I think it would be worth using a strike on this guy if for no other reason than they would like ANY verdict before Christmas. :angel:

I think he would vote for life in prison not death. I bet there will be a couple like that.

I feel bad for this guy- he is really struggling to understand them. I think he may be handicapped- I hope I'm not being offensive. I'm not sure he'd understand all the testimony over the next 2 months.
