Sorry, im no expert...but what happens if ONE, just one, person decides they can can come to a decision?? Does this later hang the jury? And a hung jury means...another trial?

They only get a hung jury on the verdict. If they can't all decide on guilt or innocence it's a mistrial. The DP is decided individually like 6-6 or 10-2 and the judge makes the decision on that.

absolutely fantastic, Amity!! Congrats to you and your husband. My sis beat cancer this/last year and the feeling is amazing to know that it's gone! YAY!
