As an RN, I was thinking the same things you were when they accepted them.

jb did get upset the other day (please don't ask me which--they are a blur)--about how many medical people are on the potential jurior list...he mentioned it at some point...they don't like it

Hi all:D

British poster here.

Just wanted to say hi to you all and thank you all for making this thread more entertaining.

I watched with you guys yesterday, but thought I'd just jump in and say hi.

I know there is a deadly serious issue and a horrible crime at the heart of all this, but you guys injected some much needed humour in to the sometimes frustrating legal process.

Thanks

If we are so bad here at what we do, crime followers, than why are we so important that it is being brought up in the questioning? This is one of the only sites that provide readers with information that has some substance. Some of the other sites are just people complaining all the time. At least here people actually do research. jmo

AF - IF it goes to the penaly phase. Is she trying to tell us something here??

No. This is standard questioning for a DP case. (They just take too long to ask a few questions.) Every juror seated will have to say they are able to impose DP as that is a part of a DP case. So, they have to ask them these questions to be sure they can. A lot of people cannot recommend the death penalty.

Sounds like the DT thinks there's going to be a conviction of 1st Degree Murder. :woohoo:

WHY is AF talking to this guy like he's stupid?????
:banghead::banghead::banghead:

And I agree ... the humour here is fantastic ! :great::great:

IMO, although AF questions are boring at this point, this is the most important part of picking a juror, as it gives us some insight of how each juror feels when it comes down to the DP or Life.

Is it just me or does AF sound so defeated at this point??

talking about aggravating circumstances...

for all things holy... she HAS YET to get to her MITIGATION CARP

Is it just me, or is Ms Finnell asking the same questions, over and over?
