I think she was using the trip to NH as a benchmark to remember approx. dates and hearing the news about Caylee being missing

I do think she knows more about the case than she is saying. But think defense will strike her anyway.

I heard where it was being moved for jury selection. Living in FL I heard about the case on tv.

no, when it was on tv we did watch it if it was on but now we do not have cable.

I can tell you what I know or have heard. 2008 I was in NH in the summer, I heard about it on the news, in FL. Missing, the fact there was a missing child, then the facts images of pictures of specific faces. that is what I remember.

the missing child had been found and there were questions.
HHJP: do you know what those questions concerned?

I don't think so.
HHJP: i take it the next thing you can recall was last Sunday and if you recall which station provided that coverage?
channel 28 ABC speaking of coming to Penallas co because it is high profile.

with my daughter who is 29 and has a two year old daughter. she asked if it was this case. she knew.

I told her I had to be neutral about it.

yes, she realizes the severity.
HHJP: if you are selected you are required to based your decision only by using the evidence as applyed to the law as I give it to you. any problem?
no
HHJP: as a result of the news you have seen about this case have you formed any opinions about the guilt or innocence?
no, I have nothing to go on.
HHJP: presumption of innocence and the burden of proof rests on the State of FL. the defendant does not have to prove anything. if she does not testify its okay and you cant wonder why. any prob?

HHJP: as humans we hear things and we are not like computers and cannot erase. can you in reaching whatever decision you make in this case, set aside anything you have heard outside of this case. like all human beings things will make us remember, can you put it aside and not utilize this in making a decision in this case and base it only on the law I give you?

No, my daughter got married up there...it has been a long time to hang onto the dates.

I was staying with my daughter, July eighth...

When the dates were brought into the courtroom I wanted to place myself...it was NH.

I seriously doubt it. Too many people in Florida know about this case for that to be a factor. That's why they are trying to figure out just how much she knows.

I am drooling to get this woman on the jury. But I am quite sure that the DT will challenge her.

I think it will boil down to her interest in the case. To me, she probably won't be bounced because she seems pretty certain she can be fair/impartial and the news she HAS heard/seen seems to all be in passing.

Well, cant get my trusty myfoxorlando at home for some reason, but just getting in. I so wish someone would say the recognize CA by saying yeah, she's the one swinging that hammer all the time isn't she??? And George is the one spraying people with his hose and Lee is the one taking a bowl of water from an innocent dog and stomping off and throwing it away, yeah, I know who they are and recognize them. Just once, someone, just once!!!

looks like the mitigator who loves killers is making a big difference in her demeanor. probably the first person she has met since she killed her daughter (allegedly) that accepts her unconditionally.
i think her parents defense of her is laden with conditions and foul mental interplay.

Even her daughter in NH was aware of the case, which makes me think it was a discussed issue...
