This juror is not ok with death penalty. Would not sentence someone to death unless it was certain beyond a reasonable doubt.

ICA makes note.

For those who can't see,the bailiff who sits with ICA looks extremely tired right now, almost like she's having trouble keeping her eyes open.
This has been very wearing on everyone.
All to get Justice for Caylee

They will not be able to get over PJ's complete inability to inflict the death penalty...imo

He will be going bye bye.

Thanks- I cannot watch Youtube or court video from this location, I will watch that when I'm at home. I wanted to read WS comments about her if possible.

Awe, I liked this guy...oh well.

Juror says he couldn't convict unless it was beyond ANY doubt. Then agreed to a level of reasonable doubt.

  • #89
Wonder if the judge will let the state dismiss hm. Would that be reason enough for the judge he seems to make them have more of reason

  • #90
This is where I have a problem.......he says he is against the DP. That should be the end of it, and call the next one. The Judge appears to try and convince people they can do this...they won't be able to!

  • #91
Does not believe in DP at all under any circumstance. Judge Perry says we will get to that.

How can he be DP qualified with that opinion? He can't go against his conscience just because the law says the opposite.

So, does the Websleuths team want to use a strike?

  • #93
We REALLY need to get a new analogy. I've heard "cart before the horse" about a MILLION times the past week.

Guess that would be ok enough to have him on.

  • #96
I might have missed it today but did they mention how many people were to show up this afternoon?
