The DUI thing... we run into it at work a lot. So many people have them now; is it a reason not to hire someone? Tough call with that.

I still say this PJ will be a follower...she seems to respect anyone that has made good of themselves in life. Knows the hard life but will see the ICA has had it a lot easier then even her or her kids have and they didn't kill anyone!

Baez's "who are you" questions crack me up.

That is too difficult to ask to someone that is clearly nervous, not much of a talker, and has jut been stripped of any privacy. IMO

I wonder if the questionnaire goes into specifics on if they know or have been in trouble with the law?

Maybe it should say that it is important to check the box even if you were never formally charged or served time.

The only question I have with this PJ is her DUI arrest, could she still harbor ill feelings for being arrested if she stated she was innocent that the cops made a mistake?

She sounds very sweet. And, I believe she is basically honest. Just see it taking forever to understand instructions, or (as someone previously stated) just being a follower due to lack of understanding, or wanting to go home. I'd love to have lunch with her, just not feeling it for the jury.
