She understands exactly how it confuses the jurors. As nursebeeme said, it's a flaw in the question they're using to their advantage. It gives them a window to how the juror will rule regarding mitigating factors in the penalty phase. I wish the judge and or state would recognize this and put a quick stop to it.

I respectfully disagree. Caylee is not an 'alleged' victim. She's definitely a victim since she was found duct taped and put in trash bags. A crime definitely was comminted. The only thing alleged is who did it. (No question in my mind, however.)

I agree she most probably is a victim.

But as far as these proceedings are concerned NO evidence has been presented in court of anything. Remember ICA starts of with a presumption of innocence (in theory) and the state must present the evidence to prove their case and as yet no evidence has been presented at the trial (mainly because the trial hasn't started yet) and the defense haven't admitted to anything.
