(AF covered that already JOSE) but now I would like to talk to you about the judge's instructions. the part that covers whether Casey is guilty or innocent. is there anything looking at those charges that would put you in the position to find her guilty of something?

JB: there were charges read to you via the indictment, several charges mentioned: including lying to LE. do you think based on those charges, that would make you vote guilty on the others?

no, that would be a stretch.

JB: the judge will instruct you to take each charge individually. does that make sense?

yes.

JB: if for any one of the charges there are elements, these things must be proven to say someone is guilty or not guilty. lets say there are two out of three proven, the judge will instruct you to find her not guilty on that charge, if you feel strongly about those other two elements?

if the charges are proven...this is deliberation?

I wouldn't have a problem looking at the others.

JB: knowing that is what is required, under the instruction, can you follow?

JB: beyond a reasonable doubt, do you think that is too high a burden?

JB: another part of the instruction are that you must presume miss anthony innocent. I heard you say earlier that you felt you must be neutral. but do you understand you can't be neutral...

JB: do you think based on that you can presume miss anthony to be innocent?

if I presume her to be innocent, it is the law yes I have to.

JB: i object to the speaking objections. do you understand the difference between presuming innocent and neutral?

neutral is somewhat innocent...

JB: and that is what the law is, that is what JP will instruct you on...

OKAY Jose...we get you want us to know that CASEY is presumed INNOCENT. Now is the only time.

IIRC, that cannot be used as conclusive proof in a criminal trial of that matter.
