The PJ's get put thru the wringer having to answer very personal questions in front of the court but the defendant has the right to remain silent, hardly seems fair to me........

the PJ has the ability do do it at sidebar in private

short recess....4 more to go...JA says 1 of them has a hardship...bringing him in now and then recess. #1311

I got nailed for a jaywalking charge in Jacksonville years ago (and yes JSO cops do love to get people for it). Guess that also disqualify me as well
She should have disclosed the DUI, but I don't see that as a reason to strike her.

this is the hands on hardware store owner with the sick father... I remember him

Hi Everybody!!!!! Come on in . . . the water is warm and the mods are friendly. Just remember to play nice, we would love to hear new voices!!!

Over 30 employees and another co-owner?!? That's no small business . . .

#1311 Hardware owner with the hardship wants out. He shouldn't have had to come back, IMO.

Brought in a letter from co-owner of his hardware store. Judge is reading it now..
