I think so. They would have told him nobody could see the sealed record and maybe he didn't understand that LE and courts still can see them.

JB does a good job of putting the jurors at ease and sympathizing with them. LBD is very mechanical. I like her (my brain works the same way) she gets the info out that is needed but it does not sound personable at all. It is almost uncomfortable watching her grill people. She is going to be great in the court room though. But maybe Mr. George should do that part of the questioning.
