That alone causes me alarm,but the family history with jail and he didn't answer truthfully about being arrested,makes me think he needs to go.

You know, I just don't know what I would do.........I know that sounds horrible but if my son was graduating this year (and I only have one child) I would really really have to pray to God to be honest (that I can set aside my feelings) but I would RESENT ica SO bad for yet robbing ME of time I can't get back with MY child.........so based on I would RESENT ica I don't think I could do this........

That would be REALLY REALLY tough folks!! Seriously, before anyone blasts me for this think long and hard.....put yourself in his shoes......

My son will graduate next Saturday, has never been in trouble even with me not one day of his life. If I had to miss such an important day because Casey decided to make all the wrong choices, I would most certainly hold it against her and would not walk into this with an open mind. I'm right there with you, as bad as it does sound.

To be honest, Im not sure the sa has much of a problem . They just need people that can be reasonable and come to the logical conclusion. I believe that most people that look at the evidence from a legal and logical standpoint will see that she is clearly guilty. Whether or not they can give someone the dp is a completely different thing, but u dont need a majority for that. Im not really worried at all as long as the SA knows how to spot that "stealth" juror. all imo
