He said no mortgage or rent. no car pmt but he did have car insurance and credit cards and some fines for not wearing seat belts. i hope im right.

I did post that I had jury duty and that it was such a big case but no specifics.

not about the case, just comments about me having jury duty. I can't say verbatium but just simple comments about jury duty.

MG: any of those people that posted on your facebook, say that it might be this case?

they said maybe it is the case in the news, that is the big jury selection in st pete, they put two and two together.

have you posted anything about this case...the only thing I posted was me having to do jury duty..on FB..before he knew what was coming up...never metnioned what trial it was for but I did mention the fact had I known it was going to be such a big case before..but I didn't put any specifics...all of you listed friends can see it...yes, as far as I know..How many friends, 500...did you receive nay messages from those 500 friends about this case..Did anyone contact you..not about this specific case but comments about me doing jury duty...can't say verbatim what was said...did any of those people ask you if the case you were called upon is this case...they put 2 + 2 together...did you respond about his case..just basically saying yeah...can't recall exactly...that I'd been gone for 6-8 weeks...financially hardship to go out for that long...but haven't spoken as far as this case goes...did they encourage or discourage you from being on this case...no. basically you'll be stuck for 8 weeks but not that you should do this or do that...did any of these friends on FB that you are not able to speak or comment on it..yeah probably when I posted....Since i'm not allowed to speak about this case I can't say anything about it....

Not sure how truthful this guy is actually being.... I think he has watched and read this week.

I feel like he discussed w/ friends/ family that he *was* a PJ for Casey's case.
Hope hes being truthful about what he put on facebook, they WILL check!!!

Im thinking SA will try to strike for cause, but they are not going to make the same mistake as they did for prior AA juror and not ask ALL the questions first.

They have to ask many many questions to avoid the appearance of striking because of race. IMO

I have no idea why he isn't on my list. I was very careful not to miss anyone. Even if I didn't put any notes on the person I would still have the juror number on my paper. His number is not on my paper anywhere. A MYSTERY...lol
