Meanwhile, this poor PJ has had to sit in a courtroom for almost 6 full days! arghhhhh!

Huggge waste!

She sounds like she is near tears.
I know how she feels.

Me too and invite her to WS. I loved her command of the English language!

WOW! Finally someone told it straight up... God Bless this juror, who lost her own child and can't understand why "Princess" wouldn't have done everything in her power to keep her daughter alive, yet alone murdered her!

This 🤬🤬🤬. juror :rocker:

I am all kinds of fury at ICA again, you would think she could conjure up a SINGLE tear for this poor woman to save her own butt but NO. she cares for NOTHING.

Baez has been on NG ,himself. Just sayin,

Aahh, good times!

Didn't quite go the way he expected it to, did it? LOL :floorlaugh:

Wow I am crying for this woman who lost her son... No emotion from ICA and it was almost like a reality slap..

  • #1,009
She would see right through George and Cindy ,too.

When you have grieved for a child you recognize it in others.

Interesting... attorneys approach to read something.

1361:

HHJP: out two attorneys that are handling the voir dire, please approach. I need you to read something.

Judge asked Baez and ? to read something.

I don't like the way that this judge is having the court staff tell jurors that our just outisde in the hallway after being interviewed in court that they are excused for cause.

This PJ has made a sacrifice, taken time out of her life, been candid and tried to ensure that she doesn't sit unless able to render a true verdict with objectivity. The least you can do is explain she is excused for cause in person and thank her for her time.

1361- not many notes on this guy, he wasn't asked much during hardship. What I do have he is about 30ish and my opinion at the time he seemed eager to serve

HHJP: you dicuss?

not that I recall.

HHJP: any water cooler talk?

probably. I don't recall specifics. the general concensus was the defendant was somehow responsible for the child's death.

HHJP: have you formed any opinions or impressions about the defendants guilt or innocence?

yes, but on monday I read the allegations. one said she was unwilling to co operate?

HHJP: she was not wanting to give LE information.

then yes I have an opinion.

HHJP: what is that opinion, be frank

to lose a child is the worst thing that can happen in the world, my husband and I did lose a son in a car crash. we were co operative. the report, my conviction is that failure to be engaged in that process, I would see that as a guilt bite ommission.

HHJP: as a result of your life experience do you think you could be fair?

I could not be. the opinion I just expressed would outweigh my objectivity.

HHJP: we want you to be honest and I commend you for your candor.

I say excused: and I say :tyou: for that woman! Bless her heart.

TYVM...you're quick...

I do hope whoever sits on this jury, feels the same way as this PJ who was excused for cause....I don't believe ICA will like what sentence she's given..I do hope after this long, arduous process, she finally decides to stand up and take her consequences and not take it to trial..she will loose either way....no loving parent would not help LE with an allegedly missing child..only problem, Caylee was never truly missing, she had been a deceased child from the start...JMHO
